Your role in our mission

  • Plans and designs complex business processes and system modifications. Makes recommendations to improve and support business activities.
  • Gathers business requirements through a variety of techniques such as work sessions and interviews. Analyzes and documents client complex business requirements and processes; communicates these requirements to appropriate parties.
  • Creates complex test case scenarios to be used in testing; monitors/oversees the testing of business applications to verify that all client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
  • Provides input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs. Develops business specifications to support complex modifications.
  • Coordinates and facilitates complex meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
  • Actively participates in technical reviews and inspections to verify 'intent of change' is carried through the entire project.
  • Assists and analyze testing results in all phases.
  • Provides time estimates for project related tasks. Compares time estimates to the actual hours on a project. Provide lessons learned and ways to improve processes.
  • Assists with developing complex methods and procedures required to identify whether current business goals and objectives meet organizational needs.
  • Works independently to drive complex projects and is a Subject Matter Expert on multiple sub-systems. 

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of business analysis experience
  • Extensive experience working with information technology interfaces within organizations and business process re-engineering.
  • Proficiency in software development life cycle methodologies and requirement gathering, including creating deliverable documentation and structured user manuals.
  • Strong familiarity with project and change management tools such as Visio Flow, ALM, and ServiceNow, as well as experience with SQL queries.
  • Specialized experience in health care/health insurance industry preferred.
  • A caring team leader who motivates and coaches less experienced resources

The pay range for this position is $86,800.00 - $124,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
