The Role
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing delivery on our eCommerce and CMS accounts while partnering closely with our Development team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Account Management, this person is mainly responsible for performing detailed requirements analysis and documenting processes to enable a smooth website build from initiation through production. This is a hybrid role, where you will wear several hats: program/project manager; product owner; business analyst; and QA. To succeed in this role, you should possess a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will interact frequently with clients, assess requests, assign resources as necessary, and troubleshoot configurations.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $70,000 – $85,000, based on consideration of a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
