We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with 2-5 years of industry experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and grow large, strategic customer accounts requiring a comprehensive understanding of the technology.

The role requires the capacity to think critically and troubleshoot with minimal assistance. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to create scalable AI solutions.

We seek someone with hands-on experience with major DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), or ad exchanges.

Qualifications & Skills

Data Visualization & Reporting 

  • Ability to visualize performance data using various reporting sources, including DSPs, ad servers, and third-party data providers. Understands which metrics are critical for effective data visualization.

Cross-Platform Data Integration 

  • Skilled in tying together disparate reporting sources (e.g., joining DSP and ad server reporting) to provide accurate and actionable insights.

    Measurement & Performance Analysis

  • Understands both in-platform and out-of-platform measurement methodologies and can articulate how success is measured across different sources.

  • Able to analyze performance data, identify trends, and determine what is working and what needs optimization.

    Identity & Data Management

  • Strong knowledge of the identity space, including how data spines work.

  • Experience ingesting and utilizing first-party data for campaign activation and optimization.

    Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Experience running full-funnel campaigns, including brand lift studies, CPA-driven campaigns, PMPs, and CRM-based first-party data activation.

  • Familiarity with LiveRamp, RAMP IDs, and data onboarding processes.

  • Basic knowledge of Snowflake for querying and analyzing data.

  • Hands-on experience with DSPs, SSPs, and major platforms such as YouTube and Meta.

  • Deep understanding of auction dynamics and bidstream data.

    Campaign Troubleshooting & QA

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to under-delivery or pacing in programmatic campaigns.

  • Experience troubleshooting PMPs and ensuring proper setup for activation.

    Client Management & Onboarding

  • Consultative approach to guiding clients through onboarding, campaign setup, and optimization strategies.

  • Strong ability to interpret and explain product documentation to both internal and external stakeholders.

    Proactive Problem-Solving & Organization

  • Proactively monitors performance and identifies opportunities for optimization.

  • Well-organized and able to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Process Documentation & Refinement

  • Helps document and refine Technical Account Management (TAM) processes to improve operational efficiency.

    Technical & Analytics Experience

  • Proficiency with Tableau, Superset, and other data visualization tools.

  • Experience using JIRA for task tracking and project management.

    Bonus – Startup Experience

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
