Job SummaryThe Technical Product Owner – SaaS Applications will be responsible for leading and collaborating with business, IT, and vendor teams on issues and daily operations for the in-scope applications. These business teams include Health Care Management, Marketing, and Sales.
Function as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping and technical specifications.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for SaaS applications.
Support business and IT projects as the SME of SaaS applications.
Stays informed on how technologies are evolving to foster continuous innovation and operational excellence.
Applies acquired job skills in their own discipline and references department policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in and IT field or related business field
• 4 – 6+ years of related experience
• 2- 3+ years vendor management experience
• Strong relationship building and communication skills with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to executives, and ability to lead and maintain relationships with external parties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and discipline to multitask and prioritize projects to meet scheduled deadlines
