Collins Aerospace is looking for a Teamcenter Admin that has a strong record of meeting project deadlines and ability to successfully work with cross-functional teams. The Teamcenter Admin will support EPEC Teamcenter 14.x – Configuration, Customization, Upgrade, Migration and Site consolidation activities. Core responsibility to provide daily support of the Teamcenter user base, primary support for new deployments, and process improvements.

** This individual can sit at any Collins domestic location or remote. **

What YOU will do:

• You will architect, administer and maintain all aspects of the Teamcenter production system.

• You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to confirm system limitations, capabilities, performance standards and requirements, and interfaces.

• You will troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter and Application issues in production and drive resolution for Teamcenter outages including coordination with other support groups and recovery managers.

• You will stand up new TC instances for enterprise usage, manage Teamcenter software releases, system upgrades, patches, and troubleshoot software related problems with minimal downtime.

• You will perform configuration management tasks to ensure new software product operating parameters are documented, comply with standard hardware configurations, and are logistically sustainable.

• You will actively monitor and continuously improve the production environment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.

• You will document system parameters and formats, as well as hardware and software systems compatibility.

• You will clearly articulate needs and timelines to other IT staff to get things done in an efficient and autonomous manner.

• You will monitor performance of application and SQL database used by Teamcenter and work with server operations and the database team to optimize solutions for minimizing application downtime and optimizing throughput.

• You will administration of Teamcenter Application Server components for 4 tier, 2 tier, and web tier with single sign on, AWS, T4S Integration and multiple CAD integrations.

Qualifications you must have:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.

• Willingness to perform admin activities over the weekends and after core business hours.
