We’re growing our team, and are looking for an Engineering Team Leader who can help us take our platform to the next level leading our Cloud Infrastructure team. In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our core infrastructure, ensuring that our systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient. You will lead a team of engineers, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
- Lead a highly-skilled cloud architecture team focused on maintaining our cloud platform, including our deployment flows, application environments, and security controls.
- Act as a player-coach on the team, driving architectural reviews & working alongside engineers to solve technical challenges.
- Create OKRs that reflect the business value derived from a deeply-technical group of high performing engineers. You are the acting product manager & engineering leader for this team, so balancing the needs of our engineering team & wider business is critical.
- Be accountable for making, measuring, and delivering on team commitments, as well as pivoting when necessary in order to keep the team focused on the most impactful work.
- Work with a high level of autonomy and know when to escalate concerns or collect feedback. You’ll own day-to-day decisions and have space to iterate on team norms and processes.
