COMPENSATION:The pay rate for this job is $22.00 per hour.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Execute the support necessary to facilitate timely and accurate order fulfillment and provide a high level of customer service for Field Sales Pros. Provide guidance to teammates with daily questions and issues, while encouraging a positive work environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Still perform all necessary functions that a Sales Support Rep provides daily.
- Demonstrate high proficiency of SAP.
- Strong outgoing personality with a passion for helping teammates.
- Assist in training and staff development.
- Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, TEAMS, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Respond to questions from teammates to provide solutions and resolve issues.
- Communicate team status and team issues to management as necessary.
- Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities for teammates.
- Hold quarterly Team meetings, or when necessary, for communication to celebrate team victories, discuss issues, and/or get suggestions from teammates.
- Support and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft office applications.
- Understanding of Sales Support Rep roles and responsibilities.
- Strong communication skills, able to solve problems and make decisions with confidence.
- Motivate and inspire teammates.
- Think like an owner and use critical/strategic thinking when making decisions.
- Lead by example, adaptability in changes, and keeping a positive mindset.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- 1 year in Sales Support Rep role
