LOCATION DETAILS: United States

PAY RATE:  $22 per hour

The pay will vary based on criteria such as education, experience and qualifications of the applicant, location, internal equity, and alignment with the market.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

The BSN Sports Returns & Replacements Team is looking for an individual with a great service-minded attitude to assist R&R specialists with day-to-day questions on systems and procedures as well as consistently execute the support necessary to facilitate timely and accurate returns & replacements and provide a high level of service to Sales Pros and customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assist in training and staff development; demonstrate effective team training
• Respond to questions from the team • Provide follow through to help resolve issues
• Communicate team status and team issues to management (as necessary)
• Identify and participate in process improvement opportunities

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• 2-3 years customer service experience preferred
• 1-2 years at BSN Sports preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office application proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Teams)
• Strong product knowledge
• Demonstrated a high proficiency of SAP, QOE, MTS, CRM (Engage) order flow management, and Vendor B2B sites.
• Team sports experience required
• High School Diploma / GED; college degree (preferred)

• This job operates in a remote environment. Largely a sedentary role with the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for the majority of the shift with breaks as needed following the department’s lunch and break policy.
