Team Lead, Medicare Specialist

As our Team Lead, Medicare Specialist you will help ensure Medicare credits are resolved for our clients. Every day you will proactively monitor daily workflows and productivity, supervising and guiding the day-to-day activities of the team. To thrive in this role, you must have prior work experience with Medicare quarterly reports, attention to detail to discern problems and the initiative to investigate and communicate root causes.
Here’s what you will experience working as a Team Lead, Medicare Specialist:
Prepare Medicare quarterly reports for all clients
Monitor productivity metrics; prepare, analyze, and provide regular productivity reports
Mentor, train, and provide ongoing feedback to support staff development and address process changes
Resolve client concerns with a sense of urgency
Required Skills:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Prior work experience with Medicare billing in a hospital or healthcare environment including preparing Medicare quarterly reports and familiarity with Novitas requirements
Microsoft Office skills including the ability to sort, filter, and add basic formulas in Excel
