Position Overview
The role of the Team Lead, Leads with the Marketing & Registration team is to focus on generating
leads and supporting marketing and registration efforts within the context of virtual school programs
through Stellar Virtual within the State of Texas. This role is crucial in attracting prospective students,
increasing enrollment and streamlining registration. This person will have limited supervisory
responsibilities with Lead Specialists who play a pivotal role in generating and processing leads.
Essential Position Functions
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to identify and generate potential leads for Stellar Virtual.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing & Registration team to align lead generation efforts with overall marketing initiatives and company goals.
- Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead database, ensuring accurate information and effective tracking of leads through the sales funnel.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and recommendations for optimization.
- Data Tracking: Use customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track leads through the sales funnel and provide regular reports on lead generation performance.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proven experience in lead generation or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of virtual education programs and EdTech trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
- Participate in in-person state testing, if needed
- Hold weekly meetings with the Registration team as needed
Education & Certification Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a similar role within the virtual education industry is a plus.
