Stellar Virtual was founded in 2019 with one school in Texas. We serve parents of K-12 students, unhappy with their current school, or needing an at-home/flexible learning environment. Today, Stellar Virtual has grown to six schools across three states: Texas, Arizona, and Indiana. Stellar Virtual is committed to going above and beyond for our virtual families.

Position Overview
As the Team Lead for Engagement Services at Stellar Virtual, you will play a pivotal role in leading and shaping a vibrant and connected online learning community. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of functions, from overseeing student orientations and coordinating in-person and virtual outings to managing daily helproom activities and driving engagement through tutorial sessions, clubs, and events. Your leadership, creativity, and dedication will be instrumental in enhancing the overall educational experience for our students.
Essential Position Functions
- Student Orientation Leadership:
- Lead live and asynchronous student orientation sessions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new students.
- In-Person and Virtual Outings Coordination:
- Coordinate and oversee the planning of in-person and virtual outings in each region during the Fall and Spring semesters, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Daily Helproom Management:
- Manage the daily Help Room operations, offering students and families real-time support, guidance, and essential information to stay connected. Assist with navigating the student and parent portal, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing resources. to ensure all students and families feel confident and supported throughout their virtual learning experience."
- Club Management Leadership:
- Lead the establishment and oversight of various student clubs, promoting extracurricular engagement and social interaction.
- How To Video Library Maintenance:
- Maintain the comprehensive "How To" video library, ensuring resources are up-to-date for students navigating the online learning platform.
- Meet the Teacher Event Coordination:
- Coordinate and lead "Meet the Teacher" events, facilitating communication between students, parents, and teachers.
- Pep Rallies Planning:
- Plan and execute pep rallies to boost school spirit and celebrate student achievements, fostering a sense of pride and camaraderie.
- Engagement Calendar Oversight:
- Lead the development and management of an engagement calendar, outlining upcoming events, activities, and initiatives to keep students informed and involved.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Proven leadership experience in student engagement, event planning, and, community outreach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with virtual event planning tools and online learning platforms.
Education & Certification Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or industry is preferred but not required. Significant experience may substitute for education in a related field or role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Chat, Meets).
