Team Lead (Digital Agency)

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for a Team Lead who can help our digital specialists and account managers excel. You'll be the one who brings our teams together, ensuring they work smoothly and support each other. If you love clearing obstacles, encouraging growth, and fostering a strong, collaborative environment, this role is for you. Your addition to the team will be key in helping our people employ their potential and talents and by doing that significantly contributing to our company’s success.

What You'll Do

Foster positive team culture:

• Develop and nurture our great team of digital specialists and Account Managers, fostering their growth working in a remote first set up.
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication and feedback culture.
• Drive the team to deliver new and innovative ideas as a digital expert for the client and the market.
• Coordinate and enhance cross-team cooperation.
• Cultivate the spirit of knowledge sharing across all the teams (SEO, Paid media, CRO, Account Managers and other).
• Work closely with Employee Experience Manager to create smooth and beneficial salary, career, development talks’ experience to every team member with respect to their individuality.

Tackle organizational / managerial tasks:

• Lead staffing questions: succession planning, identifying possible hiring needs and active participation in hiring and onboarding. Employee Experience Manager will be there for support.
• Facilitate the improvement of working methods to increase efficiency and drive excellent delivery for our clients-partners. Operations Manager will be there for support.
• Oversee the team's workload.
• Work with the leadership team to align personal and team goals with broader agency objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role:

• You should have a proven track record in managing and developing a team while creating a safe work culture.

• You should be able to and wish to work in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
• Hunger for growth and learning is a must!
• Excellent command of Lithuanian and English languages, writing and presentation skills is a must.

• Business acumen to navigate and prioritize tasks.

Salary starting at 4000 Eur (gross, for full time, 0.75 possible), with potential for growth based on experience and qualifications.
