Team Coach / Scrum Master

DCS is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to join its teams developing the next generation of mission planning software supporting Naval aviation. This position can be performed 100% remote within the United States (Eastern Standard time zone).
Essential Job Functions:
Support a team contributing to a multi-team, multi-organization enterprise using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Coordinate cadence-based events to sync efforts and hold retrospectives for continuous improvement.
Engage with Agile Release Train (ART) leadership and contract management personnel to promote transparency and rapidly resolve impediments to achieve PI objectives.
Must have a solid understanding of the agile software development process and have a consistent track record.
Support the product owner and share responsibility for ensuring PI objectives are achieved.
Gain domain knowledge and contribute to internal training resources.
Work with the team to improve efficiency and instill a development mindset that focuses on value added to an end user.
Support the development/review of product documentation, user training materials, and team meeting materials as needed.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience or Master's degree plus 3 years of related experience.
Active Security Clearance; Ability to maintain Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of SAFe® principles, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to work with a geographically distributed team.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification.
Desired Skills:
Experienced with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Military Aviation Experience preferred.
Knowledge and understanding of mission planning needs of military aviators.
Pay Range and Benefits: There are a variety of factors that can influence salary at DCS Corp, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
The proposed salary range for this position is:
Salary Range: $69,230 - 110,000
