Staff who work in the Austin Metro will work in-office for one day, every other week, for a collaboration day as well as on an as-needed basis.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with grant development and administration.
- Experience in coordinating, planning, and tracking deadlines.
- Experience in explaining technical information to others.
- Experience drafting or reviewing grant or contract documents.
- Experience using Excel and/or database software.
- Experience in collecting, organizing, and reviewing data.

HEREâS WHAT YOUâLL BE DOING...
- Conduct thorough advanced application reviews under the TXMCW to verify eligibility with program requirements and alignment with program goals and objectives. Utilize provided checklists and guidance to document and complete application reviews. Complete application reviews within prescribed time frames. Perform data entry into appropriate databases and/or tracking sheets.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to the implementation of the TXMCW as assigned, including the development of solicitation documents and application receipt, review, scoring, and selection.
- Assist the Team Leader and Grant Manager in developing and maintaining application review policies, procedures, and guidance (e.g., application review checklists).
