The roleAs a Talent Partner, your mandate is to engage and close world-class talent for One's growing team. This role will impact Oneās vision by attracting diverse, high-performing talent for our growing non-technical organization. You will work closely with the One's Marketing, Design, Product and Operations team(s) working on building scalable hiring processes and engaging and closing talent at all levels. This role reports to the Head of Talent.
This role is responsible for:Ā
Partnering with senior leaders across the organization to support their hiring activities and enable them to meet One's business objectives
Acting as a business partner that deeply understands your partnerās business, teams, and objectives
Coaching hiring managers on how to assess talent to become ātalent magnetsā themselves
Developing strategic sourcing plans to build top-of-funnel for open and future jobs
Engaging, evaluating, and closing world-class talent for roles at all levels of the organization
Working closely with cross-functional teams like Finance, People, and Legal to deliver a delightful candidate experience
Implementing scalable changes to our existing talent practices and programs
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition with high-growth companies.
An ownership mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
Proven experience hiring for senior roles and building diverse pipelines.
Demonstrated ability to use data to tell stories and influence partners.
Genuine interest in a fast-paced, gritty, build-stage company - opportunities abound for the candidate with a growth mindset.
The estimated annual base salary for this position ranges from $125,000 to $150,000. Pay is generally based ā¦
