We're seeking a passionate Talent Partner to support Rubrik's rapidly scaling Early Talent Program. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects related to Engineering intern hiring, including year-round full-cycle recruiting and diversity sourcing. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Source, engage, and hire top intern talent, primarily across Engineering roles
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong focus on diversity
  • Collaborate with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand and address their unique hiring needs effectively.
  • Provide comprehensive support throughout the intern lifecycle with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.
  • Continuously advocate for and implement emerging best practices for DE&I-focused hiring.
  • Lead interviewer training sessions focused on sharing the best practices of hiring early-in-career talent. 
  • Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives within the Early Talent Programs team.

Experience you’ll need:

  • At least 2 years of full-lifecycle university recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment with a focus on Engineering roles
