We're seeking a passionate Talent Partner to support Rubrik's rapidly scaling Early Talent Program. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects related to early-in-career efforts, including driving early career hiring, events, and programming.

This position is open to considering remote candidates. 

What you’ll do:

• Source, engage, and hire top university-level talent across technical and non-technical teams.

• Collaborate with hiring managers as a talent advisor to understand and address their unique hiring needs effectively.

• Lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on fostering diversity.

• Provide comprehensive support throughout the intern lifecycle with an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional experience at every stage.

• Continuously advocate for and implement emerging best practices for DE&I-focused hiring.

• Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives within the Early Talent Programs team.

Experience you’ll need: 

• At least 1 year of full-lifecycle university recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment supporting multiple teams.
