 The Talent Management Lead; IT develops, implements, and evaluates employee development plans and programs to support organizational needs in a combination of disciplines such as management development, talent management, succession planning, technical or nontechnical training, or e-learning. The Talent Management Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

The Talent Management Lead; IT monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs, and modifies existing programs. Advises executives and various levels of people leaders and centers-of-excellence to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action. These efforts all support the overall People Strategy for the Lead's aligned business area.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 or more years of functional and technical program development, execution, and improvement experience
  • 3 or more years of project or program leadership experience
  • 5 or more years of experience in creating executive quality frameworks, tools, templates, and presentations.
  • Experience with presentations and leading discussions with mid-management and executive people leaders to drive strategies and solutions.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences and advance associate skills and careers.
  • Strong executive, facilitation, and ‘in-room’ presence when leading various levels of an organization through frameworks, process, and/or insights.
  • If located near the Louisville, KY office this role would be potentially have a day in office. For applicants not within proximity to this role is fully remote

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting or being a member of a technology organization or team.
  • Experience with product-focused and/or agile principled delivery teams.
  • HR or related consulting experience.
