Talent Engagement and Assessment Senior Consultant

About the Role: As a Senior Consultant, Talent Engagement and Assessment, you will be part of our Talent Management team and key to ensuring the Talent Strategy effectively aligns to organizational and leadership pipeline goals from talent insights and Talent Management expertise. This role will drive strategy, impact action plans and outcomes of measurement across a diverse employee workforce through organizational listening and assessment efforts.
This role is highly desired to be located in at our Arden Hills, MN Corporate Headquarters (Hybrid work arrangement each week), however qualified candidates not local to Minneapolis/St. Paul may be considered for a virtual/remote work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
Listening strategy, including all aspects of employee engagement measurement, planning and solutions for Corporate and Frontline workforce
Lead strategy, best practice, governance and interpretation of results
Development and influence of Enterprise -wide actions and initiatives
Conduct survey analysis to identify key drivers of business-relevant outcomes and interpret results to uncover opportunities for action and development
Synthesize best practice from benchmarking, research and concepts to inform initiatives in employee engagement and listening
Assessment Strategy for selection and development
Lead the strategic design, validation, and implementation of assessment tools and processes for selection and development
Analyze assessment results to identify strengths, development areas, and growth potential. Use assessment results to design and develop solutions to close skill gaps.
Overall Talent Management program effectiveness and thought leadership:
Embrace and contribute to best practices in Talent Management and operational excellence. Fully engage as a member of the Talent Management team, to bring insights and expertise across the range of talent initiatives and practices.
Collaborate with People Data and Analytics, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, HR Partners and business leaders on selection projects, development projects, process improvements, reporting, and analysis tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Business, or related field required. Master’s degree (I/O Psychology, MA Human Resources) strongly desired.
Proven experience in Talent Management, HR Management, or a related field, with at least 8+ years of experience.
Working knowledge of statistical methods and tools used in talent management (flight risk, validation studies and talent insights (e.g., SPSS, R)
Sound understanding of Talent Management strategies, strategic workforce planning and employee engagement techniques
Experience with employee Engagement strategy and thought leadership as related to survey and other listening mechanisms, including vendor and technology solutions
Experience leveraging and integrating assessment instruments, practices, reporting solutions, and incorporation of insights for selection and development
Able to influence a wide variety of stakeholders and partners through strong communication skills, storytelling from data and actionable recommendations
Exceptional project management, planning, work coordination, facilitation, and consultation skills
Hiring Range: $105,040-$157,560
