Talent Development Training Intern

Job Description
Summary: The Talent Development Intern will assist in designing, developing, and delivering engaging training and professional development assets to support employees, customers, and school partners. This position provides hands-on experience in creating interactive workshops, online learning modules, and product support assets while collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to training and professional development initiatives that promote product adoption and contribute in expanding learning experiences that inspire a culture of continuous learning and success.

Support the creation of engaging training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids, under the guidance of the Talent Development team.
Assist in delivering virtual training sessions for diverse audiences, including educators, administrators, and internal team members, to enhance their understanding of Stride/K12 products and features.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and team members to gather insights and contribute to the development of effective training and professional development content.
Help evaluate team’s effectiveness by collecting feedback, tracking performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends to contribute to relevant and up-to-date training and professional development content.
Attend meetings related to product and platform functionality or enhancements and assist in cross-training internal team members.
Maintain and organize training and professional development documentation, ensuring assets are accessible and updated regularly.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications:
A demonstrated passion for creating engaging learning experiences and an interest in education, training, or instructional design fields.
Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner, both verbally and in writing.
Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners
Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or other digital platforms; experience with e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, or LMS platforms) is a plus.
Ability to clear required background check
DESIRED Qualifications:
Completed 1 Instructional Design courses
Experience with design tools, such as Canva
We anticipate the pay to be $22 per hour.
