Job Description:  

US Advisors is seeking a remote Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary position, focused on recruiting for federal contractor engagements. You will support HR and TA activities, including scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, reviewing candidate documents, submitting information to hiring managers, sourcing candidates, and assisting with onboarding. The role will collaborate with hiring managers and with leadership and maintain seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.  

This position is expected to last up to 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring for various roles, with a focus on federal contractor positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.  
  • Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage candidates through job boards (e.g., LinkedIn) and other relevant channels to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.  
  • Technology & Systems Management: Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to recruit and hire employees and consultants.  
  • Offer Management & Compliance: Extend and process job offers, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company policies.  
  • Pre-Onboarding & Background Checks: Facilitate background checks and coordinate pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires.  
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide leadership with hiring reports, onboarding documents, and other recruitment materials as requested.  
  • Database Maintenance: Keep accurate records of candidate status and updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).  
  • Employer Branding & Culture: Promote company culture, values, and policies to improve employee engagement.  
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional, and timely communication.  

Required Qualifications:  

  • 3 years or more of experience in full-cycle recruitment in hiring various levels of administrative positions.  
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Proficiency/Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.  
  • Experience in high volume full cycle recruiting for admin level roles.  
  • Experience in using various ATS and HRIS systems (JazzHR, Bamboo, ADP)  
  • Experience recruiting for federal contractor or government roles, with an understanding of relevant legislations.  
  • Experience with one-way interview screenings and conducting talent assessments or technical evaluations.  
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities effectively.  
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.  

Additional Information:  

  • This position is a 1099 contract role for up to 90 days, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.  
  • Primarily remote work. Ability to travel to assigned field locations for interviews and on-site talent acquisition events, as needed.  
  • Scheduled work hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, within the designated U.S. time zone.  
  • Candidate may be required to successfully pass a background check.  
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.  

Compensation:  

  • $40/hour per hour based on experience and geographic location.
