Position Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our PAW team (People Are Why) to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for our Residential Field Sales team. Our approach is highly collaborative and focused on creating exceptional people experiences with candidates and our hiring leaders.
Team Summary:
The IGS Energy Talent Acquisition team strives to develop, implement, and nurture innovation and intentional talent acquisition methods to create an awesome candidate experience and workplace where people can thrive at work and at home. You’ll join a passionate and energetic team of Rockstar talent acquisitions specialists, partners, and senior TA partners. This role reports to the manager of talent acquisition. You’ll have the support of our amazing PAW Team (Benefits, HRIS, etc.) and Region Support Coordinators that’s second to none. Our entire team is fully remote, but we are fortunate to bring that passion and energy together a couple times a year to further our development and celebrate our wins as a team!
Who we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and maintaining relationships with hiring leaders and candidates. They will act as a subject matter expert from the conception of a job posting, screening of qualified candidates, administration of background checks and onboarding. They are someone who enjoys the hustle and grind it takes to find the perfect candidate (via Indeed, LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.). They are people-oriented and understand the value of building strong partnerships with their hiring leaders. Additionally, they will be highly responsive, detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skill, proficient with applicant tracking systems (bonus points for Workday experience), and they’ll be a self-starter and feel comfortable jumping in to solve complex problems and create solutions to better our talent practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including pre-hire screening, and the onboarding process.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and job requirements (including characteristics of the ideal candidate) and ensure effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Includes advising managers throughout to ensure a swift, smooth process.
- Screen, interview and assess candidates, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and act as the liaison between the candidate and hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Coordinate the hiring process by scheduling interviews, facilitating the selection process, extending offers and coordinating pre-hire screening.
- Proactively network externally by regularly attending events to develop a pipeline of key talent that align with IGS’ values and culture.
- Source candidates to build a robust and diverse candidate pipeline using a variety of outlets; seek out and explore creative, cost-effective new ways to source talent. Manages and facilitates onsite hiring events such as open houses, career fairs, and interview days.
- Applicant tracking management, internet resume mining, cold calling, local school/organization recruiting.
- Possess and maintain an in-depth knowledge of applicable jobs and stay up to date with industry trends to attract, source, and select the best candidates.
Required skills and qualifications.
- Two (2)+ years of experience of full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume capacity.
- Expert in using Indeed to proactively source and attract candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Strong sense of empathy and compassion with a people-first, collaborative attitude.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with an emphasis on process-improvement, excellent follow through, and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.
- Ability to travel to our Corporate office in Dublin, Oh a minimum of 4 times per year. Optional travel to our field offices is highly encouraged.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Associate degree (or equivalent experience) in human resources management or similar field.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking system, Workday.

Salary Range:
$58,820.00 - $94,110.00*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
