Position Overview

This role partners closely with recruiters, and hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports facilities engineering, electrical engineering, construction, design engineering and planning to name a few. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can help leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to Vantage!

This position can be remote based.

Essential Job Functions

  • Tap into various tools and resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, local job boards, social media groups, etc.) to uncover the best talent in the market and match candidates with the roles to which they are best aligned to at Vantage

  • Take ownership, drive research, and sourcing efforts for assigned searches across various technical functions (e.g., facilities engineers, automation specialists, etc.)

  • Collaborate and advise leaders on search strategies, candidate profiles, candidate pipeline, and industry trends and insights

  • Build relationships with passive candidates

  • Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes resulting in increased and measurable candidate delivery

  • Drive consistent messaging to maintain our brand integrity

  • Deliver qualified, diverse candidates for hard-to-fill positions and screen candidates to qualify them for roles

  • Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates where applicable

  • Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to: Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Site Operations, Business Operations, Reliability Engineering, Learning & Development, and Human Resources

  • Develop relationships with internal stakeholders to better understand the business and needs of each department

  • Post enhanced and inclusive job descriptions by utilizing our technology stack across various job boards

  • Communicate and provide regular feedback to candidates during the recruitment process to create positive candidate experiences

  • Ensure accurate data hygiene in ATS and spreadsheets for accurate reporting

  • Support recruiting efforts and create a lasting and impactful candidate experience; ensure efficient program flow with our internal business partners, while focusing on consistency

  • Meet regularly with hiring managers and TA Partners you directly support

  • Utilize data analysis and market insights to make informed decisions and recommendations

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future positions

  • Meet assigned TA and Vantage department goals, metrics, and KPIs

  • Establish rapport and be a trusted talent advisor to business partners and team members

  • Additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of strategic sourcing experience in Construction, Engineering and/or Data Center experience preferred 

  • Good knowledge of the North America recruitment landscape

  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools

  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods and strategies

  • Focus on candidate experience, action-orientated, and motivated by results

  • Experience sourcing or cold calling

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, and advanced knowledge of Boolean search string creation

  • Track record of building talent pipeline through passive sourcing efforts and candidate engagement

  • Working knowledge of relevant employment market trends

  • Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows

  • Anticipated travel is 10% but can change as the business evolves

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $80,000-90,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
