Position Overview
This role partners closely with recruiters, and hiring managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports facilities engineering, electrical engineering, construction, design engineering and planning to name a few. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can help leverage new approaches to bring the very best talent to Vantage!
This position can be remote based.
Essential Job Functions
Tap into various tools and resources (LinkedIn, Indeed, local job boards, social media groups, etc.) to uncover the best talent in the market and match candidates with the roles to which they are best aligned to at Vantage
Take ownership, drive research, and sourcing efforts for assigned searches across various technical functions (e.g., facilities engineers, automation specialists, etc.)
Collaborate and advise leaders on search strategies, candidate profiles, candidate pipeline, and industry trends and insights
Build relationships with passive candidates
Innovate to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes resulting in increased and measurable candidate delivery
Drive consistent messaging to maintain our brand integrity
Deliver qualified, diverse candidates for hard-to-fill positions and screen candidates to qualify them for roles
Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates where applicable
Work in partnership with a variety of stakeholders including but not limited to: Design & Engineering, Construction, Software Engineering, IT, Finance, Site Operations, Business …
