Job Description SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner is a strategic partner to the GE HealthCare business, responsible for leading and executing the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions within their zone, segment, or function. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting structured interviews, assessing candidate competence and potential, and providing strategic talent consulting to business leaders. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will also be expected to manage projects and to regularly conduct deep market analysis and synthesis to inform talent conversations with the people leaders.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GE HealthCare people leaders to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct structured interviews that are fair, unbiased, and effective assessing candidates' skills, experience, fit for GE HealthCare's culture and mission, and potential for future growth.
  • Provide strategic talent consulting to GE HealthCare business leaders on topics such as external succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Manage complex recruiting projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Conduct deep market analysis and synthesis to stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market and provide actionable insights to GE HealthCare business leaders.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience hiring cloud software engineers or AI scientists in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong track record of success in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven ability to assess candidate competence and potential in a structured way.
  • Experience providing strategic talent consulting to business leaders.
  • Strong understanding of operational excellence principles and best practices.
  • Experience with managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability in managing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
  • Strong experience in conducting deep market analysis and synthesis to inform talent discussions.
  • Skilled with using different data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Insights, Tableau, etc.)

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
