Acentra is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-level) to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Mid-level) is a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for collaborating with business partners and human resources to support the talent acquisition needs of the business. The incumbent will act as the talent acquisition subject matter expert to internal and external business partners, and shall be responsible for assisting in identifying the best candidates to fill open positions and deliver on organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with business leaders and hiring managers to better understand the business, to obtain detailed job requirements, to understand critical aspects of the position, and develop an effective recruiting strategy for assigned requisitions.
- Utilize social networking sites, diversity sources, and other job boards to timely bring a diverse and qualified slate of candidates for each position.
- Screen, recruit, interview, and select the best candidates for specific assigned roles based on position requirements.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promote a positive company image to potential candidates.
- Create and maintain requisitions, sourcing and interview activity, and applicant flow in HR System/Applicant Tracking System to ensure compliance and to follow established department procedures.
Requirements
Required Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Education and/or Experience
- 4-6 years of related experience
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- Strong oral, written communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to speak on behalf of the organization and represent the business.
- Strong networking skills and ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with all levels of management, external sources, and candidates.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $75,000-85,000
“Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”
