Purpose of the Position:
The Talent Acquisition Partner performs the recruitment process for Ultimate Medical Academy (UMA). The Talent Acquisition Partner focuses on the full recruiting lifecycle including planning, attracting talent, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to aid in building UMA careers.
Key Responsibilities:
Functional:
- Recruits for open job requisitions as assigned by Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Builds a network of qualified candidates through sourcing, cold calling, job board usage, applicants, referrals, college relationships, in-person/remote job fairs, and other public agencies.
- Conducts interviews with candidates either in-person, on the phone, or through video conferencing, as internal departmental customers require.
- Follows internal departmental customer guidelines on in-person, 2nd round, group, and/or final round interviews and conveys that information to candidates real-time.
- Facilitates skills assessments, reference checks, and background checks for assigned job requisitions.
- Extends offers as needed to candidates joining UMA and/or exits candidates from the interview process, as needed.
- Works with the Talent Acquisition Concierge to help support the onboarding of new team members.
- Grows and maintains an awareness of policies, procedures, and benefits that impact potential team members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Technical:
- Utilizes iCIMS tracking and other reporting tools to track information on candidate profiles, job requisitions, offers, and other onboarding information.
- Completes regular or weekly onboarding checks with candidates, tracks recruitment efforts, and other reporting as needed or assigned.
