THE ROLE
As the Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be pivotal in building a world-class team for our fast-growing brands. You’ll focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top international talent across key e-commerce functions, working with both inbound and outbound candidates. Your role will involve maintaining high hiring standards, implementing best practices, and leading recruitment projects to support our long-term success. You’ll also be dedicated to providing an exceptional candidate experience at every step of the process. Collaborating closely with hiring managers, you'll shape strategies to meet the demands of our dynamic, high-growth environment while fostering strong, diverse, and high-performing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inbound & Outbound Management: Manage both inbound applications and proactively source candidates through outbound efforts (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networks). Balance both strategies to ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
Building Passive Pipelines: Build and nurture a pipeline of passive candidates, cultivating relationships with potential future hires. Engage with candidates even when no immediate roles are available, ensuring a steady pool of talent for future needs.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit. Ensure candidates meet the high standards required for success in our fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Candidate Experience Management: Ensure a seamless, positive, and professional candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance. Build strong relationships with candidates, providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, team leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, align recruitment strategies, and provide regular updates on progress. Build strong partnerships to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Recruitment Projects & Initiatives Execution: Lead and execute recruitment projects and initiatives that align with our long-term growth strategy, including diversity programs, recruitment campaigns, and employer branding efforts.
Data Management & KPI Tracking: Manage and track recruitment data to measure performance against key metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness. Continuously analyze and report on data to optimize recruitment strategies and meet KPIs.
Requirements
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven Experience: at least 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or fast-paced industries. Experience with both inbound and outbound recruitment strategies is highly preferred.
Sourcing & Recruiting Skills: Strong ability to source, attract, and engage top talent across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. Experience building passive candidate pipelines is a plus.
Candidate Assessment Expertise: Skilled in evaluating candidates for both technical competencies and cultural fit. Experience in conducting interviews, assessments, and utilizing various evaluation techniques to make data-driven hiring decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, advise on talent strategy, and provide timely, actionable feedback.
Recruitment Project Management: Experience in executing recruitment projects and initiatives. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Data-Driven & KPI-Oriented: Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data to assess performance, identify trends, and continuously improve recruitment processes.
Candidate Experience Focused: A passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional, welcoming process at every stage of the recruitment journey.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS
10 min online DISC assessment to identify your behavioral style, as we strongly believe in the power of diverse teams.
30-45 min intro e-meet with Foxelli Group Talent Acquisition team to discuss company, role, your experiences, and expectations.
Home Task.
60 min e-meet with Foxelli Group CPO to discuss the vision of the role, your competencies, and technical skills, followed by a two-way Q&A session.

SALARY
€1200 - €2000 after taxes (depending on your skills, competencies, and experience) + quarterly KPIs-based bonuses available.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
At Foxelli Group, our team operates primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET), which is UTC+2 and UTC+3. We also use Revolut for payments, so we are open to hiring candidates in countries where Revolut payments are supported.
