What you’ll be responsible for: 

Circle is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Associate to be the “glue” within our recruiting processes.  This person will own key projects on the TA Platforms Team, generate offer letters, employment contracts, transfer letters, and NDAs and routinely organize panel interviews for our open positions.  You will work directly with members of the TA team and learn the “how to” behind our current systems. Circle TA aims to provide a white glove, personalized interview experience.  Join us and be part of a team that has set the high bar for TA success. 

What you'll work on:

  • Routinely schedule high-volume and complex panel interviews with partners across the organization while resolving scheduling conflicts

  • Publishing internal and external job postings to our career site and various job boards while maintaining compliance with pay transparency laws

  • Generating & proof offer letters and employment agreements, ensuring approved details are reflected accurately 

  • QA international offer letters and start date addendums for the greater TA Team

  • Work cross-functionally with other parts of Talent as well as Legal, Compliance, Executive Business Partners, on all relevant initiatives and routine syncs.

  • Build new functionality for TA and simplify our current processes while maintaining data integrity across our core systems and platforms

  • Owning the larger TA team operations onboarding, ensuring new team members are set up with appropriate system access and understand our team coordination processes

  • Creates and manages engineering interview data within ModernLoop, including modules and attributes. 

  • Completes regular audits and cleanups of Workday candidate data, including but not limited to: email templates, internal job postings, pay transparency posts, etc. 

  • QA talent acquisition workflow processes while providing recommendations to drive efficiency and effectiveness

What you’ll bring to Circle: 

  • 1+ years of experience in an operations role within a fast paced organization in tech, fintech, payments, or related field

  • A high level of professionalism with the ability to maintain poise and professionalism

  • Pushes the norm while being creative; values a rapidly evolving, fast-paced TA process 

  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to leverage multiple channels to communicate to all members of the team across Slack and email

  • Tremendous work ethic and drive to complete tasks in a timely fashion while meeting tight deadlines and competing priorities

  • Experience using Workday OR ModernLoop is required.

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, JIRA/Asana, and Apple MacOS preferred

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range:

$59,000 - $81,000
