Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative recruitment strategies that not only attract top-tier talent but also align seamlessly with our organizational goals. Picture yourself not only filling positions but also offering invaluable insights to the business, from talent and competitor intelligence to crafting compelling employer branding strategies and nurturing relationships with universities to secure our future talent pipeline.

As part of our vision to become the leading healthcare company globally, you'll assist in building, strengthening, and expanding our key businesses by ensuring that our talent needs are not only met but exceeded. You'll provide leadership across cross-functional and cross-divisional teams, guiding them in implementing cutting-edge staffing initiatives and ensuring stakeholder participation and support every step of the way. Your expertise in behavioral-based interviewing will be essential as you deliver training to our client groups and influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization.

*To better serve our clients and to maximize collaboration, you'll need to come to our office in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ a minimum of 3 times per week.*

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience

  • Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution

  • In depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices

  • Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience within the pharmaceutical industry supporting R&D recruitment

  • Prior Agency recruitment experience  

  • Experience with recruitment marketing strategy & execution

  • Workday experience
