Your primary responsibility will be to develop innovative recruitment strategies that not only attract top-tier talent but also align seamlessly with our organizational goals. Picture yourself not only filling positions but also offering invaluable insights to the business, from talent and competitor intelligence to crafting compelling employer branding strategies and nurturing relationships with universities to secure our future talent pipeline.

You'll provide leadership across cross-functional and cross-divisional teams, guiding them in implementing cutting-edge staffing initiatives and ensuring stakeholder participation and support every step of the way. Your expertise in behavioral-based interviewing will be essential as you deliver training to our client groups and influence hiring decisions at all levels of the organization.
*To better serve our clients and to maximize collaboration, you'll need to come to our office in West Point, PA or Rahway, NJ a minimum of 3 times per week.*

Education & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition (with Masters’ degree, minimum experience is 4 years); or relevant applicable experience
Experience with direct sourcing strategy and execution
In depth knowledge of recruitment databases and best practices
Ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments
Preferred Experience:
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry supporting R&D recruitment
Prior Agency recruitment experience
Experience with recruitment marketing strategy & execution
Workday experience
