The Opportunity:
At CACI, we’re a company of good character, and our dynamic team of professionals is committed to doing the right thing by performing with ethics and integrity. We're seeking a remote Systems/Software Engineering intern who can work full-time for a minimum of 10-weeks for the Summer 2025 session!


Responsibilities:

You will divide your time between three groups: the Audit team, the Cyber team and the AI Initiative team!

  • AUDIT team tasks include Oracle EBS functional development with expectations to include learning to solve challenging technical issues at the request of the Customer, while meeting Program objectives within the Agile development cycle
  • Be part of an Agile team where communication skills and the ability to execute within the established development process are paramount to your and the team's success
  • Be a part of code submissions to Gitlab following a detailed process specific to the Program
     
  • CYBER team tasks include learning the baseline of what the Cyber team does beginning with setting up a Windows and Linux environment, performing different kinds of Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checks, using a STIG Viewer, and understanding processes for STIG’s that cannot be implemented and more
     
  • AI Initiative team tasks include using current AI skillset alongside the CACI Chatbot as a playground to discover how the tool can be utilized on a daily basis to optimize time of developers, business analyst’s and scrum masters as well as drive efficiency where possible
     
  • Contribute to a positive and upbeat team atmosphere


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Experience with Java/JavaScript/Python or other scripting/coding discipline
  • Experience working with Linux or similar OS
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills, including the ability to work in a dynamic, real-time environment with rapidly changing priorities
  • Must be able to multi-task and upon being training/receiving instruction, work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines



Desired:

  • Experience working with relevant programming languages, operating systems, hardware and software
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred, but not required
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$36,300-$72,600
