Systems Processing Administrator
Job Location:Address: 1600 W. Monroe Street, Phoenix, AZ 85007
This position may offer the ability to work a hybrid work schedule, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. This schedule would consist of working two (2) days per week in-office and three (3) days per week remotely, with the exception of the months of October and April when the incumbent would be required to work in-office three (days) per week and two (2) days remotely.

Job Summary:The Systems Processing Administrator is responsible for managing production jobs for the department through the use of BMC’s Control-M Software. This role includes developing new and modifying existing jobs while working closely with the ‘Migration Teams” during code migrations. This also includes maintaining the HVP Xerox printer and the processing of the various forms and print ADOR deploys. This position also supports internal and external File Transfers for the department related to TAS, associated feeder systems, and external file transfers to other State agencies. This role is expected to minotaur and direct all day-to-day Mainframe System Operations functions, Control-M Scheduler, document standard procedures, and provide updates to daily production duties, as needed. This position may also serve as a liaison with various vendors to ensure the proper resolution to any problems that may occur with the programs and related systems, and ensures compliance with ADOR standards for systems software and documentation.
Additional job duties include managing domains, auditing user permissions across platforms, developing strategies for disaster recovery, offering technical support to users, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies using the active directory on the ADOR and Google platforms.
