ManTech is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Systems Analyst in support of our government customer in Washington, D.C. This position currently offers a remote schedule that is subject to change per customer requirements. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Analyze Invention Secrecy Act and support the instantiation of the mandate within DHS

  • Develop, implement, and refine policies, processes, guides, and plans to support the instantiation of Invention Secrecy Act within DHS

  • Identify opportunities, provide recommendations, and implement changes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the patent application review process

  • Synthesize data, information, and feedback from stakeholders and management

  • Develop and track performance measures/metrics

  • Organizes and analyzes information, identifies significant factors, gathers pertinent data, and develops solutions

  • Facilitate and lead discussions and meetings with external, federal stakeholders to support the integration and implementation of the patent review process

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through final implementation 

  • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, effective decision-making, the ability to plan and organize work, and excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Detail-oriented self-starter experienced in supporting senior Government leaders and other technical/business professionals

  • Ability to synthesize information and data from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of DOD and other federal government patent review processes 

  • Ability to develop accurate and concise written materials 

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree and 4 or more years of relevant experience.

Clearance requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability

  • An active secret clearance is preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position approximately 70% of the time.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90,200-$149,600. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
