Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Manager-EPMO Governance & Operations to join our team. The System Manager-EPMO Governance & Operations is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving the operational excellence, governance oversight, and strategic alignment of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) within Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS). This position serves as the backbone of the EPMO, ensuring the efficient execution of organizational priorities by overseeing the governance framework, operational processes, and portfolio management activities. As the primary operational leader for the EPMO Executive Committee, the System Manager ensures that resources are optimally aligned to strategic objectives, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and delivers measurable outcomes that advance HSHS's mission and goals. This role may also leads a team of project managers within their domain, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Position Specifics:
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, Monday-Friday
• Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, MT, NC, NE, NV, TN, TX, OH, WA, or WI.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in program or portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a healthcare setting or similarly complex, matrixed organization is required.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and leading governance processes at an enterprise level is required.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale portfolios and driving strategic alignment of initiatives across multiple organizational levels.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Performance Management Professional Certification (PMP), PgMP, or equivalent advanced project/program management certification/experience is required.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma, Prosci Change Management, or other operational improvement methodologies is preferred.

Pay Range:

$53.07 - $79.60

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
