The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President (SVP) of AGT Strategy, Experience, and Commercial Excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our 3-year commercial strategy, driving commercial productivity, and enhancing the overall experience for our customers, partners, and employees. The SVP will lead the development of business cases, prioritize initiatives based on ROI, and ensure the successful implementation of our commercial engine.
The Main Responsibilities
- Develop 3-Year Commercial Strategy: Based on market insights for Lumen, develop a comprehensive 3-year commercial strategy. This includes defining the roles, skills, tools, and capabilities needed to build a world-class commercial engine.
- Lead Experience Initiatives: Oversee the end-to-end journey mapping and realization for customers, partners, and AGT employees. Ensure a seamless and exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
- Annual Sales & Revenue Planning: Create and run the annual sales and revenue planning process. Partner with product and marketing teams to ensure the commercial engine supports business growth.
- Build Change Management Practice: Establish a change management practice for the AGT team. Plan for, implement, and monitor changes to ensure the 3-year strategy becomes a reality.
- Drive Commercial & Forecasting Excellence: Lead efforts to achieve commercial and forecasting excellence across AGT. Ensure accurate and reliable forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and support for the commercial strategy.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the commercial strategy and experience initiatives. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Innovation and Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive. Foster a culture of innovation and encourage the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful execution of the commercial strategy. Proactively address challenges and obstacles that may arise.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
Location Based Pay Ranges
$273,787 - $365,050 in all states.
