What will you be doing?
As the Supply Chain COO, you will partner with senior internal stakeholders to develop our go-to-market strategy and deliver against our supply chain investment commitment and business plan. You will lead in an individual contributor and supply chain expert role. You will provide leadership and support to the supply chain sales team to help them meet their revenue targets – by using your extensive network in the industry, you will support in creating new opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- In partnership with Corporate Strategy and RMC Leadership, ensure that we deliver against our supply chain investment commitments and business plan
- Provide leadership in developing our Go-to-market strategy across our retailer and manufacturer solutions
- Support and partner with the supply chain sales and marketing functions to ensure that we are executing against our strategy, and that market feedback is being funneled back into our innovation pipeline
- Provide financial leadership on all aspects of our supply chain business across retailers and manufacturers, including ownership of the P&L, short and long term sales forecasting, and ensuring the appropriate reporting and tracking is enabled in Microsoft Dynamics
- Contribute to the product development and innovation of Circana’s supply chain solutions, ensuring that we have a strong value proposition and clear points of differentiation relative to the competition
- Provide support on to the global supply chain organization across North America, LATAM, EMEA and APAC, including strategic RFPs, enterprise contract new business and renewals, and other areas that will deliver revenue growth
- Lead Circana’s external market engagements, including thought leadership content and planning, and management of Gartner and Forrester research and market report inclusions
- Own and maintain the competitive intelligence process for supply chain, including the investments and decisions that prospective clients are making internally and with other providers
Requirements
- 10+ years of supply chain related experience, working directly for a retailer, manufacturer, or leading supply chain technology company
- Expertise in CRM and financial management systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced project leadership, directing and influencing senior internal stakeholders across strategic supply chain initiatives
- Confidence and expertise in speaking to industry executives on supply chain related matters
- Experience owning and managing a P&L and budget-related decisions
- Deep understanding of the supply chain technology ecosystem and new innovation in the market
- 5+ years of international business experience
- Critical thinking and strong collaboration in a fast-paced environment

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $225,000 - $295,000.
This job is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
