Job Purpose and Overview
The Supply Chain Planning & Analyst Manager position at Dawn Foods is a pivotal role, responsible for overseeing and managing all Supply Chain Planners and Analysts across our US and Canada Distribution Centers (DCs). This role ensures that our supply chain operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with our business goals.
This position is remote eligible, with the flexibility to operate within the Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones.
What will you do as a Supply Chain Planning & Analyst Manager at Dawn Foods?
- Manage all Supply Chain Planners and Analysts for all US & Canada Distribution Centers (DCs)
- Lead Planning and Analyst deployment functions for all US & Canada DCs, and act as liaison between other DC departments (Sales, Manufacturing Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Marketing, Fulfillment, etc.)
- Lead Planning team on:
- Sales, Inventory, & Operations Planning (SIOP) process providing input to supply and demand plans ensuring optimal inventory decisions
- Life Cycle Management: category portfolio optimization and SKU Rat, new product launches, LTOs, and seasonal launches, including master data maintenance
- Maintaining Constraints-based planning by proactively resolving any exceptions to supply gaps
- Inventory Optimization module within Blue Yonder to optimize our supply position
- Market Forecast change process partnering with the Demand Planning team
- Lead best practice adherence for all DC Planning to:
- Manage inventory planning (all aspects of MRP data within ECC and Blue Yonder: coverage profile, min/rounding, SPK, PDT, …
