Position Description

The Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health department’s mission is "Meeting People’s Needs Through Quality Services." The department has an immediate opening for a Behavioral Health Supervisor, who will guide employees to assess clients’ behavioral health needs, explore and develop suitable treatments, and make appropriate referrals. The Behavioral Health Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising work of the Intake team providing a variety of behavioral health services while ensuring that services provided to eligible recipients follow federal and state requirements

This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. Interviews will take place the week of March 14th, 2025 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process. 

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: $92,601 to $111,113 annually ($44.52 to $53.42 per hour).

• 2025 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 38: $92,601 to $129,604 ($44.52 to $62.31 per hour).

Work Location

• This position will work at the Anoka County Government Center, located at 2100 3rd Ave, Anoka, MN 55303.

• This position may be eligible for flexible work arrangements, including hybrid work, with some days working remotely and some days working in the office.

• Expected work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
