Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking to fill a critical role for an experienced Review Management Supervisor, Intelligence Community.  

 

This position is 100% remote.

                            

In this role, the Supervisor will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Provides management oversight to staff who review investigative cases to ensure it is complete and meets customer requirements.
  • Provides quality oversight of the cases before submitting the case to the customer for final review.
  • Manages communication with field staff regarding any procedures and policies affecting case management issues.
  • Assists with quality audits.
  • Ensures team members are trained and up to date with the relevant terminology, policies and procedures as outlined by the contract/customer.
  • Manages team members assisting the field investigations unit in reworking deficient cases.
  • Reviews reports of investigation for contract compliance and develops management reports highlighting trends, areas of focus, and recommendations for change.
  • Manages team assignments, ensuring efficient work distribution to a geographically based, remote workforce.
  • Monitors team capacity and reallocates resources/workload as necessary.
  • Guides staff in the performance of their duties and the interpretation and execution of standard operating procedures and policies, providing correction and feedback when necessary.
  • Identify and anticipate potential issues requiring escalation to program or quality assurance leaders.
  • Provides direct supervision of employees to include hiring, disciplinary actions, terminations, performance management as well as recommendations for career development and compensation.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • Current Top-Secret security clearance with TS/SCI eligibility with full scope polygraph at customer request.
  • U.S. Citizenship    
  • 6+ years of experience reviewing federal background investigations cases utilizing a computer reporting system.
  • 6+ years of experience reviewing cases to ensure it is complete and meets customer requirements.
  • 6+ years of experience submitting cases to the customer for final review.
  • 6+ years of experience communicating with field staff regarding case issues.
  • 6+ years of experience reviewing cases on Intelligence Community Contracts, preferably Unicycle.              

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to interact with a variety of individuals and personalities professionally and effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment with limited supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality ethics and integrity.
  • Proficient writing and communication skills
  • Intermediate typing (40+ WPM recommended) and computer skills.

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. Apply
