Who are you?

 

Member Services Supervisor is responsible for leading a team while looking to achieve excellence of standards and policies.

 

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:  

  • Deliver high standards of service to customers through effective and efficient use of member staff and technology resources.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations by monitoring system performance, identifying and resolving issues, auditing and analyzing staff performance, preparing and executing action plans, and supporting system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
  • Oversee departmental staff, including interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Keep the team updated on new plans and departmental procedures.
  • Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Establish work procedures and processes that align with company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic goals.
  • Lead special or ongoing projects within the member service department.
  • Engage team members in personal and professional growth by developing individualized strategies.
  • Foster self-motivation and team motivation by creating an inclusive environment and encouraging team members to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

What you bring to the Personify Health team:

 

In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • High school graduation or equivalent (GED); Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related degree desirable.
  • Prior supervisory experience in customer service or member service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare, health insurance, medical office, or clinical roles such as front desk, billing, or admissions.
  • Computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees.
  • Good time management skills; highly organized.
  • Must be available to work a production schedule from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. CST.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $52,000 to $55,000 annually. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
