Supervisor of Health Equity Training

Overview
To be responsible for executing and managing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) trainingprograms and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge and performance of the company,network provider, subcontractors, downstream subcontractors, etc. Participates in DEI trainingmeetings. Supports DEI Training all plan letter requirements set forth by DHCS. Supportsmonitoring of training completion of Partnership staff, network providers, subcontractors,downstream subcontractors etc.
Responsibilities
▪ Stays up to date with industry trends, research, and best practices related to DEI.▪ Collaborates with the Health Equity and Human Resources departments, organizationleadership, department heads, and community leadership to identify DEI training topicneeds to update training.▪ Develops or manages a DEI training strategy to ensure timely completion of DEItrainings with internal staff, network providers, and subcontractors.▪ Assesses the impact and effectiveness of DEI training programs through feedback,assessment, surveys, and data analysis.▪ Participates in NCQA accreditation and DHCS Quality Measure performanceimprovement activities that are related to DEI training requirements.▪ Participates and works with other departments on cross-departmental initiatives thatrequire DEI training input/participation.▪ Supervises employees who will be reviewing the Cultural and Linguistic-Delegateactivities and/or precept DEI-related interns/students as needed.▪ Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred; At least a minimum of three (3) years ofexperience working directly in DEI initiatives with a proven trackrecord of developing and implementing successful training programs;or any combination of education, training, and four (4) years ofexperience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.Knowledgeable in the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS),Electronic Learning platforms, online learning programs, and industryleading virtual learning programs
Special Skills, Licenses and Certifications
Strong understanding of DEI Principles and Concepts, theories, andbest practices; Excellent compliance management skills; Excellentverbal and written communication skills to effectively convey DEIconcepts and engage with various stakeholders; Ability to assess theeffectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and use data forcontinuous improvement. Valid California driver’s license and proof ofcurrent automobile insurance compliant with Partnership policy arerequired to operate a vehicle and travel for company business.
Performance Based Competencies
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain cognizantof the daily project management queue and the need to be compliantwith timeliness.
Work Environment And Physical Demands
