The Supervisor of Network Provider Information Management leads a team focused on maintaining and optimizing the organization's provider data systems. This role is critical for ensuring that all provider information is accurate, complete, and compliant with industry regulations. The supervisor will develop and implement best practices for data management, conduct training for team members, and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a thorough understanding of healthcare data management principles.

Data Management Oversight:
- Supervise the collection, entry, and maintenance of provider data in the database.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies regarding provider information.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and specialists, providing training and support.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management tasks.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
- Collaborate with IT, compliance, and provider relations teams to enhance data systems and ensure seamless integration.
- Serve as a liaison between departments to address data-related issues and facilitate information sharing.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on provider data trends, accuracy, and completeness.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Establish quality control measures to maintain high standards of data integrity.

Training and Development:
- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for team members on data management best practices.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve any data-related issues in a timely manner, collaborating with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain clear documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference.
Strategic Planning:
- Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives related to network provider management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field is preferred; a High School diploma is required
- 3 -5 years team leadership
- Expert in data sorting and filtering within Microsoft Excel
- Ability to read, write, and communicate at a professional level.
- As this role is a remote role, you are required to maintain internet service that allows you to complete your essential job duties without issue. Rates of 50 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload while hardwired and not on a VPN are sufficient.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of Provider Network Management or similar work experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
FLSA Status: Salary/Exempt
National Salary Range: $55,790 - $87,230
