Position Description
The Human Resources team is seeking a Training Supervisor who has experience using Workday Learning or a Learning Management System (LMS) as an administrator. This position will execute the learning strategy; oversee the Workday Learning catalog of courses, to include in-person classroom training sessions, live webinars, and eTrainings; deploy learning campaigns, including identifying the assignment requirements, frequency of retraining, and job titles needing to be captured in the assignment; and audit training completion data, ensuring training data is accurate and data integrity is preserved.
The Training Supervisor will execute the long-term strategy for building a robust learning culture, working with managers across the county to assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop of training programs. Additionally, this position will provide support for classroom scheduling, size management, and preparation to ensure effective delivery of training programs. The Training Supervisor will develop and maintain training-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
The Anoka County Human Resources Department provides a full spectrum of talent management services including but not limited to classification, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and organizational development. This position includes Human Resources Business Partner work and oversees a training team.
This is a full-time, exempt, hybrid position. First interviews will take place the week of February 17 for those selected to move forward in the hiring process.
Pay & Benefits
Salary: $80,516.80 to $96,616.00 ($38.71 to $46.45 per hour).
2024 Anoka County Salary Schedule Grade 36. $80,516.80 to $112,715.20 ($38.71 to $54.19 per hour).
