Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Claim Adjudication to join our team!
The Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations ensures the streamlined operation of the Claim Adjudication Operations team in alignment with customer-focused objectives. This individual will plan, design, coordinate and align resources to support the daily activities of the team. The supervisor will work closely with their team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, support, and improve customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

- Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication
- Develop and sustain a culture of operational excellence that creates value for the customer
- Organize, plan, and align resources for day-to-day activities based on customer priorities
- Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, performance management, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions
- Make decisions and remove barriers enabling the team to deliver
- Cultivate an environment of adherence to procedures and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- A two or four year degree and/or a minimum of four years of work experience is required
- Professional PBM industry work experience is preferred
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
- Healthcare industry practices and HIPAA knowledge would be a plus
- Understanding of human resource management principles, practices, and procedures would be a plus
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
