Overview
The Supervisor, Accounts Receivable is responsible for the oversight and performance of a team of Accounts Receivable and Collections Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Drives the resolution, collection and disposition of unpaid customer invoices for a specified region or group of regions with the assistance of a designated Accounts Receivable and Collections team
- Supports AR and Collections Specialists by providing direction and assistance with complex or specialized customer scenarios and issues
- Partners with sales leadership within specified region or group of regions to effectively reduce and maintain DSO
- Assumes responsibility for administration, training and personnel duties associated with the designated Accounts Receivable and Collections team
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversees and approves scheduling and PTO requests of team members
- Monitors team member performance including writing annual Performance Reviews
- Delivers reviews to team members once approved by Manager, Financial Operations – Accounts Receivable
- Contributes to overall department decision making that impacts assigned team
- Contributes to salary and advancement recommendations of designated team members
Qualifications
- 4-year college degree in Accounting or business related field or equivalent experience
- Three or more years supervisory and management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong computer skills including, MS Excel, Word, MS Great Plains, and E-Enterprise
- Advanced problem solving and financial reconciliation skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Five or more years of accounting and administrative experience
Desired/Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry

Pay Range
$65,000 - $80,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
