Summer Internship: Office of CEO Intern (Hybrid - San Carlos, CA)

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or biomedical engineering

General Description:

• We are looking for a talented and motivated intern to join the Office of CEO for an 11-week internship, running from June 9th to August 22rd. You will work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff of CEO, and senior leaders on strategic projects and initiatives that are critical to BeOne’s growth and success. The role will offer direct experience in both strategic and operational aspects within BeiOne.

Essential Functions of the job:

• Establish and refine processes within the Office of the CEO
• Conduct research and analyses on various topics related to BeOne's strategy and operations
• Execute strategic projects or special initiatives identified by the CEO
• Support projects related to corporate strategy, business development, M&A, and investor relations
• Liaise with senior leadership and functions regarding key priorities identified by the CEO

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, or biomedical engineering
• Prior experience in biotech, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals
• Prior experience in finance, business development, corporate strategy
• Ability to work independently, adapt to dynamic priorities, and respond to timelines with a sense of urgency
• Strong written and oral communication, with the ability to articulate effectively to cross-functional teams and senior leaders
• Passion for and intellectual curiosity of the biotech/pharmaceutical industry and healthcare

Computer Skills:   Microsoft Suite
 

In-Office Requirement:

• While there is no requirement be in office on a regular basis, candidate must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area with flexibility to be attend ad hoc meetings in the San Carlos office as needed

Travel:  None

Pay Range:

$27.50/hr (undergrad)
