The SAS Cloud Business Operations team provides internal and external customers with documentation and technology solutions needed to deliver successful customer experiences.
As an intern, you might:
- Design, develop, and manage solution delivery life-cycle documentation for a variety of SAS solutions including, but not limited to, system design specifications, user guides, requirements documents, and process documentation.
- Create and review information products and recommend revisions to scope, format, and content.
- Standardize written and visual material prepared by others to ensure it is branded, complete, and ready for delivery to end users, including customers.
- Provide front-end administrative support for digital workflow, document management, and issue tracking tools, such as ServiceNow and SharePoint.
- Organize information products for order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Verify document quality and consistency for all customer documents by following SAS documentation best practices.
- Verify document integrity through version control.
- Collaborate with other team members to review existing materials and recommend revisions in format or content.
- Develop and maintain templates, as well as template indexes, to ensure they are current and aligned with best practices.
Required Qualifications
- You’re a bachelor’s student enrolled in a degree accredited program, not graduating prior to December 2025.
- Targeted majors: Technical Communications, English, Information Technology, or other appropriate field of study
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You have educational or work experience in technical writing or similar field.
