Required weekends4-16 hours per weekend (dependent on your schedule, typically custodial staff work weekends with a variety of shifts from 8:00am- 8:00pm)
Salary/Wage Range/Lump Sum:
$18.00 per hourNumber of Positions:
1Qualifications:
Ability to move between Nicholas Recreation Center, Bakke Recreation & Wellbeing Center, and Nielsen Tennis StadiumPunctuality, communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to balance academic and job responsibilities
Must be able to work 1-2 shifts during the week.

Position Summary/Job Duties:
Manages and creates student staff monthly schedules using SubItUp
Runs interviews and hiring of new student staff
Checks and approves all student staff timesheets
Communicates with both student supervisors and student custodians
Meets with custodial building managers and superintendent weekly
Creates and tracks student fiscal year budget
Organizes and plans kickoff and end of semester meetings
Assists student supervisors with general tasks of cleaning and management
Meets biweekly with scheduling and events teams to plan for large tournaments & events
Ensures that all students are up to date with divisional training and CPR certifications
Works with other departments within Recwell to ensure smooth custodial operations in buildings
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
