Job Overview

As the Strategic Sourcing Program Manager, you will play a critical role in implementing and succeeding long-term objectives within the AD&M business unit. The role requires a high level of interaction with various global organizational functions, including Product Management, Sales, Legal, Engineering, & Operations. The role acts as both a change agent and a continuous improvement advocate. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated strength in collaboration & task execution in a high-visibility role within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Managing project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Leading project planning sessions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Coordinating with various departments and teams to gather requirements and resources.
  • Tracking project performance and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitating regular project meetings and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Proactively understand business needs and ensure there is no overlap in projects or resources.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
