Strategic Finance Lead

As a Strategic Finance Lead You Will:
Be partnering cross-functionally with key business stakeholders to bring to life MANTL’s vision, values, and strategy. The goal of your role is to help MANTL drive efficiency across the organization, become more data driven, and create continued strategic alignment across every area of the business. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our management and leadership teams as well as with partners across the FinTech industry.
The Strategic Finance function at MANTL is dedicated to addressing some of the company's most critical business challenges with an analytical lens. StratFin is in charge of managing the company's budget, driving quarterly and annual planning processes, and efficiently analyzing, allocating and deploying the company's resources. The team also conducts financial analyses in collaboration with all departments across the company while owning financial planning systems and playing a crucial role in investor relations.
Required Skills:
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting experience, with deep experience in SaaS business models, metrics and accounting.
- Experience running the annual budgeting process and developing rolling forecasts to support business operations. Ability to perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations and dashboards that effectively communicate the key drivers of the business to management and senior leadership. Excellent communication skills – a strong verbal communicator and writer.
- Highest level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness with handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to create cross-functional clarity through monthly KPI reporting across the organization with an eye towards driving efficiency across the company.
- +5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or FP&A, strategic finance, business operations, or related field. Proficient in SaaS accounting, Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
